Stock Percentage Calculator
Step-by-step guide on how to use the stock percentage calculator:
- Enter the open price of the stock in the “Open price” field. This is the price at which the stock started trading at the beginning of a period of time.
- Enter the Close price of the stock in the “Close price” field. This is the Current price the stock reached during that period of time.
- Click the “Calculate” button. The calculator will automatically calculate the percentage change between the open price and the Current price of the stock.
- The result will be displayed in the “The percentage change is:” field, showing the percentage change between the open and Current prices. This result is rounded to two decimal places and the profit/loss amount.
- If you want to calculate another percentage change, you can clear the input fields by clicking the “Clear” button.
